Connect with nature in a Northbrook Park!   We have volunteer opportunities and outdoor activities and classes all designed to get you outdoors enjoying your local parks.

Prairie Dawg Saturdays
Join the Prairie Dawg Volunteer program on specified Saturday mornings three times per year to assist in habitat restoration on the award-winning Trail Through Time.  Prairie Dawg volunteers collect seeds to plant for next year and continue the battle with invasive plants.  Enjoy the beauty of the prairie while working together to make a difference in this one-of-a-kind park.
