The Northbrook Community Choir is open to everyone who loves music and singing. There are no auditions or evaluations, just a joining together for the sheer joy of choral singing, under the direction of Ben Gray. The choir sings at area venues, such as the Northbrook Public Library and the Evanston Music Festival. The highly-regarded group also has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and on national television.
Join the Northbrook Community Choir this fall as they prepare for three public performances.
- Sunday, Nov. 22— Holiday Concert with Lake Forest Civic Orchestra at the Gorton Center in Lake Forest
- Saturday, December 5—Holiday Concert at Northbrook Theatre (new seats and floor)
- Monday, December 7—Northbrook Public Library (remodeled auditorium)
The Northbrook Community Choir rehearses on Mondays from 7:30-9pm, starting on September 21.
