Tuesdays in the Park are back at Village Green Park! Grab your chair or picnic blanket and head over to enjoy fun performances in the park, different every week. Entertainment for younger audiences starts at 6:30pm, and all ages entertainment at 7:15pm. Be sure to stop by the Northbrook Park District table to enter our free weekly prize drawings and maybe get a fun giveaway item too!
At 6:30 p.m., sing, dance, laugh and learn with Miss Jamie’s Farm and her puppet friends! Miss Jamie shares values from life down on the farm through songs both new and familiar for young kids and their families.
At 7:15 p.m., Johnny Russler & the Beach Bum Band combine the sounds of trop rock, reggae, surf and calypso. From steel pans to strong percussion, to driving bass and skanking guitars, the Beach Bum Band has a fun and danceable sound that appeals to all ages.
In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors to the Northbrook Theatre located at inside the Northbrook Park District Leisure Center, 3323 Walters Ave. Please note, alcoholic beverages are prohibited at this event. Dogs are prohibited during park events per Northbrook ordinance.
